D350S
CO2 / MAG / MIG · Ultra-Low Spatter · Ethernet Digital Communication
The D350S is a full-function digital inverter welding power source designed for high-performance robotic welding cells. It covers CO2/MAG/MIG short-circuiting welding and MAG/MIG pulse welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet and aluminum alloy, and connects to robot controllers through Ethernet digital communication for stable, repeatable arc performance in automated production lines.
Ultra-low spatter short-circuiting transfer technology — dramatically reduces spatter weight compared with ordinary power sources, cutting post-weld cleaning and rework.
New oscillatory arc-start method (back-drawing arcing) — lowers arc-start splash and improves arcing success rate.
Pulse and short-circuit welding for multiple materials — carbon steel, stainless steel, galvanized sheet, aluminum alloy and more.
Single-knob regulation, easy operation — strong arc-pressure self-adaptation keeps the arc stable as conditions change.
Ethernet digital communication between the robot and the welding power source for parameter setting and process control.
Increased load sustainability — extended use time in high-temperature environments.
SD and CR substrate redesign for improved reliability.
Internal structural optimization to prevent common failure modes.
Slow power start-up with trip-prevention function.
Main PCB compatible with the D350II platform.
Overheating protection for the output stage.
Closed-cavity design — key components are effectively dust-proof.
Test condition: total spatter weight of five 20 cm welds on a flat plate.
