Working Principle:
The 2-Axis C-Type Robotic Rotary Positioner is engineered to work in precise coordination with advanced welding robots. Through accurate single-axis rotation or dual-axis linkage, it continuously manipulates heavy or complex workpieces into optimal positions. This synchronized movement facilitates high-speed, precision automated welding, significantly improving production efficiency and weld consistency for industrial applications.
Electrical Control System:
Stable control is crucial for automated welding cells. Our system offers dual control methods to ensure operational flexibility:
1. Industrial Robot Control: The integrated industrial robot can directly control the positioner, automatically adjusting the welding angle in real-time to execute continuous, automated welding processes without manual intervention.
2. PLC Control: A highly stable PLC system manages the positioner's core functions, offering flexible operation modes that support both fully automated routines and precise manual welding adjustments when specific project requirements demand it.
Optional Components & Customization:
We offer comprehensive customization for the dual-axis C-type positioner to match specific purchasing demands. Customization options include tailored frame dimensions, external designs, specific load capacities, and personalized logo integration. Furthermore, we can supply complete automated solutions by integrating industrial robot arms, collaborative robots (cobots), welding machines, welding torches, and other essential robotic accessories to build a ready-to-use workstation.
Key Advantages:
The dual-axis C-type positioner features an innovative open structure combined with a dual-axis linkage core, enabling rapid and secure workpiece clamping. The independent dual-axis drive provides arbitrary angle rotation, effectively eliminating welding dead angles and satisfying complex all-position welding requirements. At Guansen Automation, we prioritize long-term durability and precision. We professionally customize positioners according to your specific products and operational needs. Utilizing premium-grade steel, we process all equipment in our own factory. Each unit undergoes 13 rigorous processing techniques, including professional annealing and stress relief, to guarantee structural integrity and prevent deformation over prolonged use. All products pass strict quality inspections and hold relevant certifications, ensuring we deliver 100% reliable robotic automation solutions to reduce your procurement risks.

The 2-Axis C-Type Rotary Positioner is highly adaptable and designed to handle large, bulky, or irregularly shaped components across various heavy industries. Its heavy-duty design makes it an ideal choice for the following sectors:
Construction Machinery: Ideal for welding critical structural parts such as excavator booms, swing bearings, heavy supports, and joint pins.
Pressure Vessels: Highly effective for manufacturing medium-sized cylinders, tank heads, large flanges, and heat exchanger tube sheets, ensuring consistent and leak-proof welds.
Steel Structures & Space Frames: Designed to handle complex architectural components including box columns, H-beam joints, large structural supports, and heavy tee fittings.
General Machinery: Suitable for the precise manipulation of large gearbox housings, heavy-duty pump bodies, industrial valves, and roll supports during the welding process.
Rail Transit & Wind Power: Essential for fabricating high-stress components like subway car body structures, massive wind turbine flanges, and main shaft supports where weld integrity is paramount.

1. What specific data is needed for a customized welding solution or positioner?
To ensure the equipment accurately matches your production needs, we require details including the maximum workpiece weight, overall dimensions, specific welding materials, required weld thickness, and the desired final welding effect or standard.
2. What is the delivery time for the complete set of equipment?
For standard models, the delivery time is typically 7 to 15 days. For custom-engineered models, delivery takes between 15 and 30 days, depending on the final confirmation of the technical configuration and specific customization requirements.
3. What kind of installation, commissioning, and training services are provided?
Every piece of equipment undergoes rigorous quality inspection and is only shipped after successful internal commissioning is complete. We provide free personnel training services. Alternatively, you can choose to have our professional engineers provide on-site installation, commissioning, and comprehensive training at your facility until the equipment is operating normally and your staff is fully trained.
4. What is the warranty policy?
We provide a comprehensive one-year warranty for our positioners. During this warranty period, replacement parts for standard wear and tear are provided free of charge (please note that shipping costs for these parts are borne by the customer).
