The 2-Axis Platform-Type Robotic Welding Positioner is engineered to optimize automated welding workflows. By securely fixing the workpiece on the heavy-duty worktable, the system achieves the exact welding and assembly angles required through coordinated horizontal rotation and side-tilting rotation. This dual-axis movement ensures optimal weld pool positioning, helping to reduce defect rates and improve overall fabrication efficiency.
1. Industrial Robot Integration: Directly controls the positioner to automatically adjust the welding angle, enabling highly synchronized automated welding cycles.
2. PLC Control: Offers reliable programmable logic control for both automated positioning sequences and manual welding interventions, ensuring operational flexibility.
3. Collaborative Robot Compatibility: Designed to work in tandem with collaborative robotic arms and single-axis platform positioners, creating a highly adaptable manufacturing environment.
We offer extensive customization to meet specific project demands. Optional integrations include industrial or collaborative robot arms, custom-tailored single-axis platform parts (such as specific disc shapes, dimensions, load capacities, and custom branding), advanced welding machines, and other specialized robotic accessories.
Guansen Automation delivers professionally customized positioning solutions tailored to your unique production needs. Manufactured in our own facility using high-grade steel, each positioner undergoes a rigorous 13-step processing and quality control protocol. All equipment passes strict inspections and holds relevant industry certifications, guaranteeing a 100% delivered robotic automation solution. The core design—featuring dual-axis linkage combined with stable platform support—delivers comprehensive angle adjustment, high precision, and high compatibility, making it an ideal upgrade for mid-to-high-end welding production lines.

1. What data is needed for a customized welding solution or positioner?
To ensure the exact fit for your production line, we require the workpiece weight, overall dimensions, welding material specifications, weld thickness, and your desired final welding effect.
2. What is the delivery time for the complete set of equipment?
For our standard models, delivery typically takes 7 to 15 days. For custom-engineered models, the lead time is 15 to 30 days, subject to final configuration confirmation.
3. What kind of installation, commissioning, and training services are provided?
Every piece of equipment undergoes rigorous quality inspection and is only shipped after successful internal commissioning. We provide free personnel training services at our facility. Alternatively, you can choose to have our engineers provide comprehensive on-site installation, commissioning, and training until the equipment operates normally in your facility.
4. What is the warranty policy?
We provide a standard one-year warranty on our positioners. During this warranty period, replacement wear parts are provided free of charge (shipping costs are borne by the customer).
