The 1-axis adjustable robotic welding positioner is engineered to optimize your automated welding processes. By precisely flipping and rotating, the workpiece fixed on the worktable is brought to the exact required welding and assembly angle. This ensures optimal weld penetration and accessibility. Additionally, the directional movement of the tailstock adapts seamlessly to workpieces of various sizes and lengths. This dynamic adjustability significantly improves the utilization rate of the welding positioner, reducing setup times and enhancing overall production efficiency for diverse manufacturing tasks.
Designed for versatile integration, the electrical control system fully supports Manual, Automatic, and Linkage modes to meet different production demands. When paired with an industrial robot arm, the positioner automatically adjusts the welding angle in perfect synchronization for fully automated, high-precision welding. Alternatively, a robust PLC system can control the positioner for manual or semi-automatic welding operations. The system is highly adaptable, allowing for the integration of dedicated welding machines, laser welding equipment, and even modifications to add a seventh-axis track for the welding robot.
Backed by our own manufacturing facility and utilizing high-quality materials, every positioner undergoes 13 professionally customized processing steps to ensure exceptional durability and structural integrity. All products are subjected to strict quality inspections and hold relevant industry certifications. Guansen Automation excels in professional customization—we tailor the positioner’s load capacity, overall dimensions, tailstock movement method (manual or electric), and travel distance to match your specific project requirements. This ensures the equipment adapts perfectly to a wide variety of workpieces, achieving ideal welding speeds and superior weld quality while lowering procurement risks.

To provide an accurate design, we require the workpiece weight, overall dimensions, welding material, weld thickness, and the specific welding effect you wish to achieve.
Yes, it is fully compatible. The system supports Modbus, Profinet, EtherCAT, and other standard communication protocols, allowing it to function seamlessly as a robot's seventh axis or external axis.
All equipment undergoes rigorous quality inspection and is only shipped after in-house commissioning is complete. We offer free personnel training at our facility. Alternatively, you can choose to have our engineers provide on-site installation, commissioning, and training until the equipment is operating normally in your production line.
We provide a standard one-year warranty. During this warranty period, replacement wear parts are provided for free (shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer).
For standard models, the delivery time is 7-15 days. For customized models, delivery typically takes 15-30 days, subject to final configuration confirmation.
